Year 4 of Minty Synth Interiors 🤍

If I had to sum up this year, I’d call it the year of growing pains (in the best way.)

Learning to say no. Learning what it really means to stick up for yourself and your business. Learning that growth doesn’t always mean doing more, taking on more projects, or growing faster. Sometimes it means slowing down, being intentional about the projects we take on, staying true to our values, and surrounding ourselves with the very best people.

And somewhere in between all of those lessons, we got to work on some truly amazing projects, traveled to NYC for Design Week, were published in House Beautiful (!!), and watched this little studio continue to thrive at a slow and steady pace. Exactly how I want it to.

I was asked over the weekend what my dream job would be if money were no object.. what I would choose to do if I could work for free. Internally, I giggled a little because I quite literally did this job for free in the beginning. 😂

That’s how I knew this was always more than a job or a career change for me. It was what I was meant to do.

So my answer was pretty simple: “I think I’m already working my dream job.”

Four years in, I feel incredibly lucky that I get to say that.

Mostly, feeling grateful. Grateful for our clients who trust us with their homes and businesses, for our little team that cares so deeply about what we create, and for all of you who have followed along, supported us, shared our work, and watched Minty Synth Interiors grow over the years.

Here’s to year 4 and everything year 5 has in store. 🤍

We’re hiring!!

Minty Synth Interiors is looking for a part-time Procurement Coordinator to join our Dallas team.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a small creative studio where everyone wears a few hats. You’ll help with things like order tracking, invoicing, project organization, installs, site visits, samples, and occasional social media support.

We’re looking for someone dependable, communicative, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and interested in interior design. Previous experience in a design studio, procurement, admin, or project coordination is a plus.

This is a part-time, in-person position in Dallas with potential to grow.

And a makeover it got. This was a challenging reno

And a makeover it got. This was a challenging renovation to say the least but so happy with how it turned out. We turned a massive bathroom with a ton of wasted space into the most charming ensuite. It has a walk-in closet (of my dreams), heated floors, jacuzzi tub, beautiful custom vanity. I mean seriously, no detail was left out.

Project Countess is live on the website! This was a custom new build we helped design and bring to life with beautiful furnishings and decor. The full nine yards!
