A complete full-gut remodel was exactly what this home needed—and what it got. The main living areas transformed from a dark, enclosed space into an open, airy, and inviting retreat. To achieve a true open-concept layout, we removed a fireplace that was not original to the home, allowing the flow to feel more natural and connected. Honoring its mid-century modern roots, we infused the design with rich, dark wood accents, deep navy walls, and brass light fixtures that add warmth and elegance. Every choice was made to reflect the timeless charm of mid-century design, while creating a welcoming space for modern living.
