I’m picky with outdoor furniture. I hate when it I’m picky with outdoor furniture. I hate when it falls apart or starts to look worn after just a couple of months! Just like your living room, your outdoor space deserves furniture that’s both functional and pretty. These are my non negotiables when shopping for pieces for myself and my clients: ☀️It won’t fall apart in a month – I look for materials like teak, acacia, aluminum, or stone that can take the heat (literally). If I’m specifying anything with Sunbrella fabric, I make sure it can either be brought inside during harsh weather or that it’ll live in a covered spot. ☀️Low-maintenance – I don’t want to baby it. A quick wipe down should be all it needs. Fabric items are totally fine too, just keep them in a shaded spot if you want them to last, especially if you’re not the type to cover them regularly. ☀️Can pull double duty – Okay, I actually think this should apply to all outdoor furniture. Look for pieces that are easy to move around your home (especially if you’re like me and get bored and want to swap things around every season). My new Orb coffee table and Orb side table from @roveconcepts are the perfect example. I’m literally using them both inside and out, and they look great in both spaces! #outdoorfurniture #refinedluxuryliving #OrbCoffeeTable #OrbSideTable

After renovating their home, these clients held of After renovating their home, these clients held off on finishing their bedroom, until baby number two was on the way, and it became clear this space needed to support more than just sleep. ☁️ To me, the primary bedroom is more than a room with a bed. It’s the anchor of the home—a place for rest, retreat, and restoration. Thoughtful design here isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. Would you say your bedroom is your sanctuary or just a place to sleep?
